Approval + Deposit
GTINTZ reviews the request. If approved, the customer receives instructions for the $25 appointment deposit.
Step 03
Confirmed
Once the deposit is received, the appointment is confirmed.
Submitting the form is an appointment request — it is not a confirmed appointment until your deposit is received.
